Duplicate Accounts

If you are unable to locate continuing education (CE) certificates for activities that you know you have completed previously, it is possible that you may have duplicate accounts in the learning management system. In order to regain access to previously completed CE, your accounts will need to be merged together to have your education history consolidated.


Please submit a request for additional assistance through our AANP Help Center support form. Select the option for Account Assistance under the topic dropdown list. In the Description area of the form, let us know that you are looking for previously completed CE credit and provide the following details:

  • Full name (include any previous surnames as well).
  • Any possible email addresses that an old account could be associated with.


AANP support staff will look for all possible accounts associated to you and merge them together into a single account. The merger process takes at least 24 hours to complete. You will receive a follow-up email once the merger process is complete, and you will be asked to verify that you can access your account and see your consolidated CE history.
