Obtain a Copy of a Conference Receipt

Users that register for AANP conferences will automatically have a copy of their registration purchase receipt added to the Orders and Receipts area located under their my.aanp.org profile page. 

If you would like to download, email or print a copy of a previously purchased conference receipt, please use the steps below. 

  1. Go to my.aanp.org and log in with your AANP account information. 
  1. Click on the accordion link for My Orders/Receipts to expand the options in this area. 
  1. Click on the link for View Orders and Receipts History.
  1. On the Order History page, you can search for a specific purchase by changing the Order Type field (dropdown), or by typing in an order number, date, product name, dollar amount or shipping type into the appropriate fields. 

    Note — all conference registration receipts will look like CONF-#######
  1. Click on the hyperlinked Order Number to view the details of a purchase receipt. On the Order Confirmation page, you can choose to print a physical copy of the receipt to your printer or to print to PDF to create a digital file of the receipt for your records. You can also utilize the text field in the upper-left corner to email a copy of the receipt to yourself or someone else that needs a copy of it.
