In-Person Conference

What are the dates of the in-person conference?

The in-person conference will be held Sept. 19-22, 2024, in Reno, Nevada. A full-day procedure course is being offered on September 18, 2024.

What happens after I register?

A receipt will be emailed to you after you complete your registration. The receipt will include housing information. A copy of this receipt is also stored in your myAANP profile. If you need a copy of your receipt, please refer to the following article: Obtain a Copy of a Conference Receipt

How many contact hours of CE are available?

Attendees can earn up to 18 CH of CE credit during the in-person conference by selecting one session for each available time slot throughout the week. By registering for the in-person conference, attendees will also have complimentary access to 40 of these prerecorded sessions via the on-demand platform.

What is the registration cancellation policy?

Cancellation requests must be received by Sunday, Aug. 4, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. ET. If received by August 4, 2024, a refund will be issued, minus a $75 administrative fee or a $25 administrative fee for student registrations (entry-level student members only). After Sunday, Aug. 4, 2024, no refund will be granted. Conference registration fees are non-transferable.

How do I secure housing?

In order to receive the discounted AANP rate, all housing reservations must be made through the 2024 AANP Fall Conference Housing site. All reservations must be made by Monday, Sept. 2, at 6 p.m. ET, or before the block is sold out, whichever comes first. Be on the lookout for third-party room poachers misrepresenting themselves as travel agents.

How do I collect CE credit from the in-person conference?

To receive credit for CE earned at the conference in Reno, Nevada, fill out the short electronic evaluation for each session you attend, along with the general conference evaluation by using the AANP Mobile App. If you prefer to complete your evaluations on a desktop/laptop device, you can go to https://eval.aanp.org. Once the general conference evaluation is complete, your CE certificate and session summary transcript will be available in your CE Tracker. You have six months from the last day of the conference to complete your evaluations and claim CE credit for the live sessions. Evaluations must be completed within that six-month time frame.

Will industry opportunities be available?

Yes, industry partners are encouraged to participate in the In-person conference only. Please see the Exhibit and Sponsorship Opportunities tab above.

What health and safety precautions are being taken?

To reduce the risk of infectious disease transmission, AANP will follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and local guidelines or regulations, in place at the time of the event.

How do I update my Emergency Contact information that I provided when registering?

To update your Emergency Contact Information AFTER Initial Registration please follow these steps.

1. Registrant goes directly to https://fall.aanp.org/registration-info. 
2. Registrant must go through process to quick checkout or select sessions and finalize checkout to save the changes to the Emergency Contact. 
3. The registrant will receive another confirmation email as they are gong through the check out process or session additions process again.
