Poster Preparation

There is no required poster size. Suggested poster sizes are 36” x 72" or 42” x 84" (landscape orientation). Be sure fonts are large enough to be read from a short distance, high-resolution images are recommended, and QR codes may be included on your poster.

Each presenter/presenting company is responsible for providing their own supplies and shipping materials, including printing the poster and delivering it to the designated poster location. It is not required to ship posters; many presenters carry on posters during travel.

Presenter(s) may bring copies of the abstract or other handouts to distribute at their table. Handouts must be printed at your expense, and you are responsible for their removal post-event. AANP does not reimburse for copying or handout supplies.

Poster Display Details

Items provided by AANP include:

  • (1) 4' x 8' corkboard for mounting posters, labeled with your assigned poster number
    • Please do not write, paint, or mark on the provided corkboard.
  • (1) 2' x 6' draped table to display handouts, business cards, etc.
  • (2) chairs and (1) wastebasket
  • Tacks and Velcro™ will be available to hang your poster during setup.

Presenters / Authors

The Poster Title will be listed in the 2024 AANP Onsite Program Guide and the Conference Mobile App. It is recommended presenter(s) and presenting company promote Industry Poster presentations by sharing title, author, and/or scheduled presentation times through various channels. Please do not share your final Industry Poster in any form prior to the official presentation at the 2024 AANP National Conference.

The primary presenter/author or a listed co-author should present your abstract. Presenter(s) should plan to give short informal presentations as clusters of attendees gather. Posters should follow the outline of the abstract by presenting: (1) objective/purpose, (2) designs, methods, and instruments, (3) results, and (4) conclusions. Attendees will ask questions and want talk to authors/presenters. Please be engaged!

On-Site Procedures

Industry Posters will be located in the back of the Exhibit Hall in Hall A. Please check-in at registration to receive your badge before poster setup.

Authors, co-authors, and/or presenters must be at their industry poster display during the mandatory hours. Industry posters will be on display for a total of thirteen and a half hours.

Please remove all materials from the Exhibit Hall during dismantle on Saturday, June 29 from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. CT. Any posters remaining after 2:30 p.m. CT on Saturday, June 29 will be removed and discarded.

Cancellations / Changes

AANP must be informed of all cancellations or changes immediately. If for any reason you need to cancel your industry poster, please notify Anna Johnson at as soon as possible. Please note, AANP registrations are non-transferable.

If the presenting author and all co-authors are not able to attend the 2024 AANP National Conference but a qualified individual familiar with the work is available to attend, please request special permission by contacting Anna Johnson at to request the change. Presenters and presenting companies who “No Show” are strictly monitored and will not be allowed to present again at an AANP show for a minimum of one year.
