On-Demand Conference

How do I access the on-demand sessions?

Access to the Fall On-Demand conference has been extended through 11:59 PM ET on Nov. 12.

Access to the select sessions on demand is from Sept. 25-Nov. 12. To claim CE credit for on-demand sessions, complete the evaluation for each session you attend by Nov. 12. Conference registrants (both in-person and virtual) will receive an email from AANP on or before Sept. 25 to notify when the site is open and instructions on where to go. If you do not receive this email, you can also visit the 2024 AANP Fall Conference Online Event page and use the button at the top of the page to access the site from there. 

What happens after I register?

A receipt will be emailed to you after you complete your registration. A copy of this receipt is also stored in your myAANP profile. If you need a copy of your receipt, please refer to the following article: Obtain a Copy of a Conference Receipt

How many contact hours of CE are available?

Virtual attendees will have access to at least 40 contact hours of session content via the on-demand platform. All virtual sessions are prerecorded (not recorded from the conference directly and not streamed live). 

What is the registration cancellation policy?

Cancellation requests must be received by Sunday, Aug. 4, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. ET. If received by August 4, 2024, a refund will be issued, minus a $75 administrative fee or a $25 administrative fee for student registrations (entry-level student members only). After Sunday, Aug. 4, 2024, no refund will be granted. Conference registration fees are non-transferable.

How do I collect CE credit from the on-demand conference?

CE credit and a certificate of completion are awarded for each session completed on the on-demand site. Video content for the virtual sessions must be fully watched and the session evaluation completed and submitted in order to receive session credit. The certificate of completion and credit for completed on-demand activities will appear in your CE Tracker profile within one hour of the activity completion. All virtual session evaluations must be completed by Nov. 12 in order to receive credit. Extensions to complete evaluations for virtual sessions after this date will not be possible.
