2025 National Conference - Cancellations, Refunds and Transfers

Cancellation requests require written notification to AANP and must be received no later than Monday, May 5, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET (10:59 p.m. CT). All requests must be submitted through the AANP Help Center. If received by the deadline, a refund will be issued minus a $75 administrative fee or a $25 administrative fee for student registrations (entry-level student members only). No refund will be granted to requests submitted after May 5, 2025.

Conference No-Shows: If you do not cancel in writing by May 5, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET (10:59 p.m. CT), and you do not attend, no refund will be granted.

Transfers from in-person to on-demand will incur an administrative fee of $75, or a $25 fee for student registrations (entry-level student members only).
