What are the dates of the on-demand conference?

The on-demand portion of the 2025 AANP National Conference will be available June 27 - Aug. 4.

When will registration close?

Registration closes on July 21 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

How long will the sessions be available for viewing on demand?

On-demand sessions will be available for 39 days. Access them at your convenience from June 27 to Aug. 4.

What happens after I register?

A receipt will be emailed to you after you complete your registration. When the on-demand conference officially opens on June 27, you will receive an email with instructions, including information on how to log in, how to access the online platform and other pertinent information.

Note: The on-demand conference is a fully virtual conference experience with pre-recorded on-demand content (no live streaming and no scheduled live events). The receipt you receive for the on-demand conference will say Virtual and below that Austin, Tx. The city/state location is a required value on every receipt and Austin, Tx is the default for all virtual conferences. Virtual attendees should ignore this location as their conference experience will be solely online. 

How much CE credit is available with this online conference?

An attendee can earn up to 75 hours of CE credit during this online conference. The program is currently being reviewed by AANP to determine CE and pharmacology credit.

The URL to the online conference platform is https://nationalconf.aanp.org. Clicking on this link between the dates of June 27-Aug 4 will take you directly to the virtual conference catalog. If you attempt to access this link outside of the virtual conference dates, it will re-direct you back to this help article. 

What is the registration cancellation policy?

All cancellation requests must be submitted to AANP no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on Monday, May 5; no refunds will be granted after this date. A refund will then be issued minus a $75 administrative fee or a $25 administrative fee for student registrations (entry-level student members only). After Monday, May 5, no refund will be granted. Conference registration fees are non-transferable.
