How do I get a refund for membership?

AANP membership dues are non-refundable. For consideration of an exception to the refund policy on a case-by-case basis, please call the AANP Member Care Center at 512-505-0242 or Submit a Request via the Help Center, and provide details regarding your refund request; our Member Care team will carefully look over your request for an exception. 

If approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to five (5) business days for the credit to appear on your account statement.
