Why am I not receiving emails from AANP?

If you are not receiving AANP emails, it may be one of the following reasons: 

• You inadvertently unsubscribed to opt out of AANP emails. To opt back in to emails, locate a previously received AANP email such as Course of the Month and navigate to the footer where you will click on “Update Your Email Preferences” to select the types of emails you wish to receive from AANP. You are welcome to contact the Member Care Center at 512-505-0242 or submit an online help request, and they will gladly assist you.
   
• Your email server may have strict restrictions. To ensure you receive AANP emails, please make sure you add the following email addresses to your email contacts to avoid getting AANP emails go to spam be rejected by your email: 
  
  aanp@aanp.org – to receive AANP eBulletin, AANP Top5, and alerts for events and free courses of the month. 
  aanp@smartbrief.com – to receive news for nurse practitioners. 
  reply@em.aanp.org – to receive exclusive member-only offers.
