How can I update the payment information for my auto-renewal?

You can update the credit or debit card used for your auto-renewal by following these steps:

  1. Go to MyAccount and log in using your AANP credentials.
  2. On your account dashboard, locate your scheduled renewal date.
  3. Click the link showing your current card information (displayed as “Billed to ****0000”) below the renewal date.
  4. A pop-up window titled “Update Payment Information” will appear.
  5. Enter your new credit or debit card information and select Update to save your changes.

 

Please note: Your payment will be processed on the renewal date. If this date has already passed, your card will be charged within 24 hours.

If you are unable to update your payment information online or need assistance, please contact the Member Care Center at 512-505-0242 (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT).
