The American Association of Nurse Practitioners® (AANP) is excited to welcome you to the 2026 AANP National Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, June 23-27, 2026! AANP staff will be awaiting your arrival and assisting you through the safe and efficient conference check-in process at The Venetian Convention and Expo Center beginning Monday, June 22, 4-8 p.m. PT. To ensure a fast and contactless check-in, simply type in your name at a kiosk in the registration area, or scan your personalized QR code in your Know Before You Go email.
Check-In
- AANP Registration is located in the Expo Upper Lobby on Level 2 of The Venetian Convention and Expo Center in The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. Click here to view the map for directions.
- When you arrive, follow the signs to the registration kiosks for conference check-in.
- Open this email on your mobile device to view your personalized QR code.
- At one of the kiosks, hold the QR code up to a scanner, and your badge will be printed.
- Please note, there is a $25 reprint fee for lost or forgotten badges.

Continuing Education (CE) Sessions
AANP is pleased to present more than 330 sessions and workshops, available in person Tuesday, June 23, 2026, through Saturday, June 27, 2026. Your in-person conference registration includes complimentary access to the online portion of the conference. The 2026 AANP National Conference – Online will be available from July 7 – Aug. 25, 2026. You will receive a link to the conference website via email when the online conference goes live.

Download the AANP Mobile App to create and adjust your personal session schedule, complete evaluations and receive the most up-to-date information during the conference. The Mobile App is a comprehensive resource for conference information, including:

Evaluations and CE Credit
Evaluations may be completed online using the instructions below, which vary for in-person or on-demand sessions. Once all evaluations are complete, your CE certificates will be available in your CE Tracker through the AANP CE Center.
- In-Person Sessions: To receive credit for CE earned at the in-person conference, fill out the short electronic evaluation for each session you attend – along with the general conference evaluation – at eval.aanp.org or by using the AANP Mobile App. The general conference evaluation will become available on the last day of the conference after you’ve completed all session evaluations. Evaluations for in-person sessions must be completed by Dec. 27, 2026.
- On-Demand Sessions: Evaluations for any sessions you complete online must be submitted through the on-demand conference site no later than Aug. 25 to receive CE credit.
AANP is unable to grant extended access to evaluations after these dates.
Presentation Handouts
The 2026 AANP National Conference presentation handouts are available now until July 27, 2026. You are encouraged to print the materials or store them on an electronic device prior to attending sessions. All handouts can also be viewed using the AANP Mobile App. Be sure to charge all electronic devices before attending the conference each day. Access to electrical outlets or charging stations will be very limited on-site.
Welcome Reception
Join AANP for the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, June 23, at 5:45 p.m. in the
Palazzo Ballroom A-F on Level 5 of The Venetian Convention and Expo Center. Enjoy connecting and networking with your colleagues! All conference attendees are welcome to attend.
Exhibit Hall
Visit the Exhibit Hall to explore new products, services and trends in health care. Several booths will be available from a variety of health care organizations and health tech companies. Visit the AANP social media booth #957 in the Exhibit Hall to participate in NP celebrations and receive an AANP water bottle, mug or a small bag. Exhibit Hall hours are listed in the AANP Mobile App and on page 90 of the conference guide under AANP Wellness Lounge Hours.
Non-CE Product Theaters
Complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner food service will be offered as part of industry-sponsored, non-CE educational presentations Wednesday through Saturday during the conference.
- Breakfast and Dinner: Admittance is first-come, first-served. No wristband is required.
- Lunch: A wristband is required for entry to each lunch product theater. Pick up your wristband the day prior to the Product Theater you would like to attend at the Product Theater Wristband Counter on Level 3. Wristbands are limited for each Product Theater and can be picked up until 11:15 a.m. the day of the presentation or until wristbands run out. Once wristbands run out, the Product Theater is considered full. Wristbands may be exchanged for a different Product Theater based on availability, and lost wristbands will not be replaced.
AANP Store
The AANP Store will be open Tuesday through Saturday in San Polo 3401B on Level 3 of the Venetian Convention and Expo Center for you to purchase your favorite AANP gifts and apparel. Store hours are listed in the AANP Mobile App and on page 92 of the conference guide.
