AANP is transitioning to a new Association Management System that will affect the availability of some AANP services and features — including My Account, Join and Renew functions — making it temporarily unavailable from Wednesday, July 29, through Sunday, August 2.
Is there anything I need to do as a Member?
Yes. On August 3, 2026, AANP members will receive an email requesting that they reset their password to access their AANP My Account. Resetting your password is essential to ensure uninterrupted access to AANP products, services and benefits.
The following provides a broad overview of the system upgrade schedule.

| Aug. 3 | Launch Day: The new AMS system will officially launch. AANP members will receive an email asking you to reset your password to access your AANP account in the new system. We’ll provide clear, step-by-step instructions to make this process quick and easy. |
| Aug. 3 - Aug. 7 | AANP Communities Update: Following the AMS upgrade, the AANP Communities will undergo a migration process and will be unavailable for 4-5 days. |
AANP System Upgrade FAQs
Why is AANP upgrading its AMS?
AANP is always looking for opportunities to improve AANP member benefits and services. As the nurse practitioner (NP) community continues to grow, the new AMS — powered by Salesforce — will enable AANP to better serve members.
What if I need join AANP or renew membership during the upgrade window?
Should you wish to renew or join during the upgrade window, please Submit a Request and the Member Care team will be happy to assist you once the system upgrade is complete. You may also call AANP at 512-442-4262 (Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. CT).
What if I have auto-renewal and my membership renewal will be during the upgrade window?
Your membership auto-renewal will be processed before the upgrade window. All services are restored on Monday, August 3. Should you have any questions or need additional information, please Submit a Request and the Member Care team will be happy to assist you once the system upgrade is complete. You may also call AANP at 512-442-4262 (Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. CT).
Can I access my CE Tracker in the CE Center during the upgrade window?
Yes. Your personal CE Tracker is unaffected by the upgrade. Your CE certificates are safe and sound. Access your CE Tracker here. If your browser is not already logged in with your AANP login credentials, you may be asked to log in before being able to proceed to your personal CE Tracker. Can I complete sessions in the CE Center during the upgrade window?
Yes. The CE Center is unaffected by the upgrade. Sign up for and complete CE Sessions during the upgrade window as usual. Learn how to use the CE Center here.
Will AANPCB receive data from my CE Tracker during the upgrade window?
Data sharing with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board will stop during the upgrade window. Data sharing will “catch up” and send all CE certificates that were added to your CE Tracker during the upgrade window (July 29 - August 2) on August 3. Learn more about sharing data with AANPCB.
Can I register for the 2026 National Conference Online during the upgrade window?
Yes. You are welcome to register for the 2026 National Conference Online during the upgrade window. Sessions are available through August 25, 2026.
Note: If you need to renew your membership or join AANP to receive member pricing for the National Conference Online, you are not able to renew or join during the upgrade window. To assist you with joining or renewing, please submit this form so that the Member Care Team can assist you when the upgrade is complete.
